Cancellation workshop policy: No full refunds are offered once registered so please read the following carefully. If a student chooses to cancel their confirmed registration or cannot or does not attend the workshop the following will apply:
- The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop at any time for no charge. Rebecca will need to be notified by email of the change.
- If notice is received earlier than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date only a 50% refund will be offered.
- If notice is received less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date no refund will be offered. A take home DIY kit may be offered in exchange for the workshop ticket.
Unraveling Joy – Embroidery is not responsible for weather or illness. In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by Rebecca, all confirmed students will be notified with a rescheduled date or offered a full refund.
Your order confirmation email will have a link to download your PDF Pattern files.
DIY Embroidery Kits
If you select ‘local pick up’ for a kit that is currently in stock, you may pick up in Charlottetown as early as the following day.
If you purchased a DIY kit in stock, to be shipped, your order will be shipping within 3 – 5 business days.
Custom Embroidered Keepsakes
The current turnaround time for custom embroidered keepsakes is 4 – 6 weeks.
